- For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled start of your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- For cancellations made 22 to 59 days before the scheduled start of your booking, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
- Cancellations made 21 days or less before the scheduled start of your booking are non-refundable.
2. Booking Modifications:
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify your booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate modifications, subject to availability. Any changes requested within 21 days of the scheduled start of your booking may be subject to additional charges.
3. No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your booking and do not notify us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Early Departures:
No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused portions of your booking.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request.
6. Booking Confirmation:
Please ensure that you have received a booking confirmation email from us. Cancellations must be made through our customer support team at info@sayulitacruz.com.
7. Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of travel disruptions due to exceptional circumstances like natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), we may offer rescheduling options or credit for a future booking. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific situation.
8. Insurance:
We highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations and disruptions.
